The present writ petition has been filed praying for quashing of order dated 03.06.2025 passed by respondent no. 2, Administrative General and Government Trustee, Uttar Pradesh, High Court Allahabad. The said order is addressed to the petitioner and is in relation to a complaint filed by respondent no. 3, who is tenant of the adjoining premises of which the petitioner is a tenant. The property belongs to a trust and is being administered by respondent no. 2. The order states that complaint has been received against the petitioner that she is raising construction over the room in her tenancy on basis of permission letter dated 04.06.2024. Further construction has been directed to be stopped forthwith. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was having due permission from respondent no. 2 dated 04.06.2024 to make construction over the tenanted premises. 3. Sri Sudhir Mahrotra has appeared on behalf of respondent no. 2. He states that there is no record available with regard to permission dated 04.06.2024. He further states that an inquiry is being held in this regard and appropriate decision would be taken after hearing the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that the permission order dated 04.06.2024 is a forged document. 4. As respondent no. 2 is already seized of the issue and the stand taken is that he will pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner, we decline to interfere with the impugned communication and dispose of the writ Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arvind Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
