Case No. 470C2 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 7.5 liters of illicit liquor. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge,VII-cum- Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63404 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 Exclusive Special Excise Court-II, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 470C2 of 2025. 7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kabaiya Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
