Tahbilder, learned counsel appearing for the Higher Education Department submit that they have got no objection to the application being allowed. 3. In view of the above, the applicant, namely Md. Jafor Ali Khan, S/o Late Md. Pathan Ali Khan, R/o Kathalartari, P.O. Kujapith, P.S. Howly, Barpeta, Assam is impleaded as respondent No.4 in the writ petition. 4.
