The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs: “(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to provide protection of life and property to the petitioner particularly in respect of his land mentioned para 4 of this writ petition. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the private respondents from interfering in the peaceful possession and occupation of the petitioner in respect of the land in question. (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for taking appropriate legal actions against the private respondents as well as erring official respondents.” 3. Learned counsel appearing for the private respondents has appeared and submitted that Title Suit No. 72 of 2016 is pending in the District Court, Chapra. 4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the pending Title Suit for protection of his property. 5.
