Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, and perused the records. 2. The petitioners have filed the instant petition for seeking protection from step father of petitioner no. 2, as petitioners have solemnized their marriage without his consent. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner no. 2 was minor at the time of solemnization of marriage and this fact has not been disclosed in the instant petition, therefore, the instant petition is liable to be dismissed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now petitioners have attained the age of majority (marriageable age) and seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to move a fresh petition, if there is any threat to their lives from the step father of petitioner no. 2.
