This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "direct the Learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Muzaffar Nagar to decide the Misc. Case No. 131 of 2025 (Jasviri Devi Vs. Neelam Tomar and others) filed in O.S. No. 93 of 2022 (Iqbal Singh Vs. Smt. Jasviri and others) within stipulated time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned Misc. Case No. 131 of 2025 is pending consideration since 2025, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Muzaffar Nagar to decide the above- mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
