Mr. Rajkumar Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State would submit that the petitioners have filed this petition against issuance of show cause notices dated 13.02.2020 under the 5 provisions of Section 133 of Cr.P.C. He would submit that the proceeding, which was pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, has already been decided vide order dated 11.05.2020 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. 2. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Rajkumar Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed.
