Statements of facts/compliance report has been filed by the respondents, whereby it is stated that after thorough consideration, in terms of order dated 07-05-2025, the claim of the petitioner has been found devoid of merit and accordingly rejected. Respondents have placed on record the consideration order dated 07-05- 2025. Learned counsel for the respondents stated that the order passed by this court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. In view of above the contempt proceedings are closed.
