Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that final assessment order has already been passed. He has handed over a copy of the final assessment order dated October 26, 2024 to the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In light of the above, in our view, the petitioner should file an appeal against the final assessment order under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 within a period of four weeks from date. If such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and thereafter, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
