The present revision petition assails the judgment dated 10.01.1989 passed by the Appellate Authority, Hisar dismissing the appeal filed against the judgment dated 27.04.1984 passed by the Court of learned Rent Controller, Hansi vide which the eviction petition preferred by the petitioner/landlord was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that another eviction petition had been preferred by the petitioner which was dismissed by both Courts, leading to the filing of Civil Revision No.2398 of 2013. The said revision petition was disposed of on 04.09.2023 and the matter was remanded to the Appellate Authority, Hisar for a fresh decision. Thereafter, the Appellate Authority allowed eviction of the respondent/tenant. Aggrieved by the same, Civil Revision No.1748 of 2024 was preferred by respondent/tenant which has now been dismissed vide order dated 13.02.2025. 3. Learned counsel further submits that in view of the same, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Keeping in view the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
