GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing virtually online, submits that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring an extent of Ac. 4.56 in R.S. No. 1425, situated at Kansalikunga Village, Buttaigudem Mandal. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner is also in possession of the pattadar passbook and in enjoyment of the land. It is also submitted that the 2nd 2 respondent, at the behest of 5th respondent, is trying to interfere with the agricultural operations of the petitioner and directing him to vacate the agricultural land. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, upon written instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent never visited the above fields and that the 2nd respondent has never interfered with the issue as alleged in the writ petition. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
