(ORAL) This petition for grant of bail under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed by petitioner, a co-accused in case bearing FIR No.76 dated 19.04.2022, registered against him and others, at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur, at the instance of Inderjit Singh (complainant), for the commission of offences punishable u/s 379-B, 34 of IPC (Sections 411, 341 of IPC added later on). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, in terms of the judgment dated 03.09.2025, therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous. Heard. In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
