The petitioner is complainant, he made a complaint against the sitting Pradhan of Village before the respondent no. 4 alongwith other villagers on 25.09.2024 supported by an affidavit. On the said complaint enquiry report was also submitted by the Enquiry Officer on 17.12.2024 but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kannauj to conclude the proceedings initiated against the sitting Pradhan, expeditiously.
