JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 03/07/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants has submitted a certified copy of the order-sheets of the Court of learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Sawai Madhopur (for brevity “the learned trial Court”) in Original Civil Suit No.5/2015: Ramswaroop & Ors. versus Kajod & Ors., which is taken on record. This application is filed seeking a correction in the order dated 14.02.2024 passed by this Court with respect to the number of the Civil Suit pending before the learned trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants submits that while requesting the learned trial Court to expedite trial, this Court, vide its order dated 14.02.2024, erroneously mentioned number of the Civil Suit as 05/2016 whereas, its correct number is 5/2015. He, therefore, prays that the aforesaid correction be made out in the order dated 14.02.2024. Heard. Considered. From the certified copy of the order-sheets of the learned trial Court submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants today for perusal of this Court, it is apparent that correct number of Civil Suit is “5/2015” and not “5/2016” as came to be mentioned in the order of this Court dated 14.02.2024. In the order of this Court dated 14.02.2024, number of the Civil Suit be read as “5/2015” instead of “5/2016”. This order may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 14.02.2024.
