Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Despite the matter being called up in the revised list, no one has appeared for the respondents. 3. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 03.12.2024 issued by the respondent No.3. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to not terminate the service of the petitioner on the basis of impugned notice dated 03.12.2024. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to grant salary and other employment emolument due to him on time to time." 4. It is pertinent to mention here that as far the prayer no.3 is concerned, counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any averment in the petition that the petitioner's salary has been withheld, apart from the statement made in paragraph no. 14 that he is threatened with loss of income. The other prayers of the petition are relatable to a show cause notice of 03.12.2024, which requires an explanation from the petitioner within 15 days. 5. The petitioner states that the explanation has been submitted within the time specified in the show cause notice. 6. Such being the case, I have no reason to doubt that the explanation submitted by the petitioner would be duly considered by the Authority concerned. However, no interference in the matter is called for, since, it is against a mere show cause notice. 7. Subject to the aforesaid observation, this petition is dismissed.
