2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 18, 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 34 kg of ganja from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the huge quantity of recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32798 of 2025(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
