CMP No.6251 of 2025 Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner points out petitioner’s prayer in the writ petition was in relation to exercise of option for grant of pension under the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972, whereas the writ petition was disposed of on 10.03.2025 on the basis that petitioner’s contractual service was not taken into account for the purpose of pension, which was not the case of the petitioner. Hence, the application has been moved for recall of the judgment. In view of the pleadings in the writ petition and reasons given in the application, the prayer is accepted. Judgment dated 10.03.2025 in CWP No.3054 of 2025 (Parkash Chand Bhardwaj Versus State of H.P. & Ors.) is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
