To issue a direction in the nature of mandamus to the defendants/respondent no. 2 and 3 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of plaintiff/petitioners over landed property situate at Village Sarai Pipariya, Pargana Salempur, Tehsil Dataganj, District Budaun situate over Khara No. 529, Area 1.448 hectare of which plaintiff/petitioners are the legal heirs of 1/4 share over which the plaintiff/petitioners are in possession be directed to maintain status-quo in view of the order dated 06.05.2025 passed by Civil Judge Junior Division, District Budaun in Original Suit No. 210/2023 in between Vidyawati and others Vs. Kunwar Pal and others." 2. In fact, this petition has been filed for compliance of the order of interim injunction granted by the court below. 3. No such relief can be granted by this Court, therefore, such petition cannot be entertained. 4.
