(It) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in Case Crime No.198/2025, Under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61(2), 316(2) BNS, PS-Fatehabad, District Agra" The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed. September 11, 2025 n.u.
