By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 Learned Trial Court to expedite the proceeding of the Civil Suit No. 04-A/2023, titled as Tularam Kashyap Vs. Omprakash & Anr., pending before learned Civil Judge Class-II, Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), and/or 10.2 may grant any other relief which this Hon’ble Court thinks fit, in the interest of justice & equity.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Suit No. 04-A/2023 filed by the SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.02.19 15:33:39 +0530 2 plaintiffs/respondent No. 1 before learned Civil Judge Class II, Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa for declaration of title and permanent injunction of the suit land is pending consideration since 09.12.2022. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 04-A/2023 within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Shrivastava, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Civil Judge Class II, Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 04-A/2023 expeditiously. 5.
