The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of Thulluru Police Station, Guntur District, for the alleged offence under Sections 294, 323, 427 r/w 34 IPC. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the matter is still at the investigation stage. 4. He further submits that the provision of law has been altered and submits that the wound certificate issued to the victims by Vedanta Hospitals indicates that the victim sustained grievous wounds and as such, the investigating officer has altered the provision of law to Section 307 IPC. 4. Be that as it may, wound certificate issued in the name of Mr. P. Suresh indicates that the victim was admitted on 31.03.2023 and discharged on 31.03.2023. The wound certificate issued in the name of Mr. P. Kasaiah indicates the date of admission as 31.03.2024 and date of discharge as 31.03.2024. This raises a suspicion on the certificates produced before this Court. 5. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the criminal petition is disposed off, directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of Thulluru Police Station, Guntur District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under 3 HN,J Crl.P.No.2221 of 2025 Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 corresponding to 41-A Cr.P.C.
