Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The instant petition has been filed for following relief:- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2/ Nyab Tehsildar Kasba, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur, to decide the application in Case No. 9506 of 2022, Computerized Case No. T202214360109506 (Kedarnath vs. Raaram), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before him. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid mutation proceeding under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending before the Nyab Teshildar since long. He further placed a certified copy of the order- sheet of the pending proceeding, which is annexed as annexure-5 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the aforementioned matter is still pending. He submitted that appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the pending proceeding. 4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent No. 2/ Nyab Tehsildar Kasba, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur, to decide the aforementioned mutation proceeding after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
