No. 8,9,10 with a land of the petitioner bearing Khata No.136, Khesra No. 1970, area 2 Kathas, 2 Dhurs alongwith 30,000/- Rupees, but the Respondent Nos.8. to 10 have not given as per Exchange Agreement in between petitioner and the Respondent Nos.8 to 10. 3. Learned State counsel submits that it seems that the matter has become infructuous. 4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
