This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.7.2025 pertaining to case crime No. 336 of 2025 under sections 191(2),191(3),333,115(2),352,351(3) B.N.S. P.S. Kithore District Meerut on the basis of compromise. Short counter affidavit filed learned counsel for the respondent nos, 4 and 5 in which it has been stated that parties have settled their dispute outside the court.They have no objection in case the First Information Report is quashed. Learned A.G.A. informs that charge sheet has been filed in this case. In view of the above the impugned F.I.R, all the consequential proceedings are hereby quashed. The writ petition is allowed.
