Accordingly, this interlocutory application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2631 of 2025 4. Heard the parties. 5. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ketar P.S. Case No. 06/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri S. N. Kujur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 07.01.2025, daughter of the informant Tijrani Kumari died due to drowning in a well. Suspicion was raised against this petitioner that he might have committed murder of his daughter as he was having affairs with the deceased and he was under mental stress for last one week. It is alleged that petitioner after committing murder of his daughter, he might have thrown her body in a well. 4. From perusal of the postmortem report, it appears that no mark of violence was found on the body of the deceased. It further appears that deceased died because of asphyxia due to drowning. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S. N. Kujur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa or his successor in connection with Ketar P.S. Case No. 06/2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
