By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent/Corporation to release the dues towards the work done by the petitioner pursuance to the order dated 15.10.2015. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuance to the work order dated 15.10.2015, the petitioner has completed the work which is reflecting from the work completion certificate dated 07.11.2015 however, the respondents/Corporation are not making payment of the dues towards the bill raised by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation submits that the Commissioner/Municipal Corporation shall verify and examine the grievance raised by the petitioner and if the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed, if the amount is undisputed, the same shall be released within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the pleadings. 5. Having considered the submission raised by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3 Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh to verify and examine the grievance of the petitioner and if the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed and if the dues claimed by the petitioner is undisputed, the same be released within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order 6.
