GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging issuance of passport to the sister of his son-in-law. The petitioner’s daughter is married to one Nandipati Siva Kumar. 2 On account of marital differences, the petitioner’s daughter filed Crime No.274 of 2022 alleging offence under Sections 498A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, against her husband, her parents-in-law and her sister-in-law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after investigation, the Police have filed charge sheet vide C.C.No.891 of 2023 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nejuvedu, Eluru District. While so, the sister-in-law of the petitioner’s daughter ie., Accused No.4 therein has obtained passport by suppressing the fact that a criminal case is pending against her. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a complaint before respondent No.4 and it is stated that respondent No.4 has not acted in accordance with law. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that there is no documentary evidence to show that the sister-in-law of the petitioner’s daughter ie., Accused No.4 therein has obtained passport by suppression of facts. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not produced any documentary evidence to substantiate that the sister-in-law of the petitioner’s daughter ie., Accused No.4 has obtained passport by 3 suppression of facts, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable, at the stage of admission itself. There shall be no order as to costs.
