The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 334 (1) and 303(2) of the B. N. S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. On 30.01.2025, theft was committed by unknown persons in upgraded High School, Jaipur, Kanko, Jainagar. Unknown thieves took away several articles which has been mentioned in the written report. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Quanta battery was recovered from the possession of the petitioner whereas in written report it has been mentioned that the Exide Tubuler battery was stolen. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2025. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.)
