Cont.P.No.3813 of 2024
ORDER According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent/contemnor without serving notice to the petitioner as ordered by this Court in W.P.No.2351 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024, passed the order dated 01.03.2025, which amounts to contempt. 2 But, a careful perusal of the order dated 01.03.2025 passed by the respondent shows that they have taken steps to serve notice and the petitioner was not in a position to receive the same. Therefore this Court does not find any contempt in the act of the respondent. 3 Hence the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 02.06.2025 cgi Speaking /Non-speaking order 2/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
