CMP(M) No.240 of 2024 Present application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay 237 days’ in filing a Letters Patent Appeal against the judgment dated 15.06.2023, passed by Learned Single Judge, in CWPOA No.1660 of 2020, titled as Anant Ram & others Versus State of H.P. and others, wherein, services of the respondents herein, were ordered to be regularized as per Policy of the State Government after completion of eight years. The application for condonation of delay filed by the State in filing Review Petition No.01 of 2024 was disposed of on 01.01.2024 [Annexure A-9], which fact is not disputed by the Writ Petitioners in their reply and the fact that the delay was condoned by Learned Single Judge in filing the Review Petition, by the said order. 2. Even the Writ Petitioners, as such, were ordered to be regularized by Learned Single Judge and issue pertains to regularization, which has some ramification’s on the policy decision and the right of similarly situate persons. 3. In view of the above, we deem it fit to condone the delay as such. 4. Keeping in view, the averments made in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, delay of 237 days’ in filing the Appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Appeal be registered. CMP(M) No.1462 of 2024 5. Similarly, we also allow the present application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act filed on behalf of applicants-writ petitioners, which is duly supported by an affidavit and therefore, delay of 261 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Appeal be registered. LPA[ST] Nos.6108 & 9685 of 2024 6. Learned counsel for petitioners have also placed on record the judgment delivered in Civil Appeal No.8157 of 2024, titled as Shripal & Anr. Versus Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad, decided on 31.01.2025, passed by the Apex Court. To come up for consideration on 23.04.2025. (G.S.
