2 to avail the alternative remedy available to him. 3) No objection from other side. 4) Taking into consideration the submissions made hereinabove, this petition is hereby being disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to him. It is expected that issue of limitation shall be considered by the appellate authority taking lenient view as the matter remained pending before this Court for considerable period. 5) Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
