By the next order dated 13.12.2024 in C.M.P. No.118 of 2024, another co-ordinate Bench of this Court has not segregated both the suits and in view of that the first order of the co-ordinate Bench is still there and the prayer is made for direction to decide both the suits simultaneously and be tried together. 2.
