Case No. 49 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. The recovery is of 250 liters of illicit liquor. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2024 and he is accused in 20 more cases out of which most of the cases are registered under the NDPS Act. 5.
