Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding or directing respondents to maintain status-quo till the pendency of the proceeding under section 30(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Respondent no.2. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding or directing Respondent no.2 to decide case no. D202514360004740 (Satya Narayan and others Vs Gaon Sabha." 2. The first prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as proceedings under Section 30(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is still pending consideration. The second prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said proceeding. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Additional District Magistrate (Land Revenue), Jaunpur, to decide the case no. D202514360004740 (Satya Narayan and others Vs Gaon Sabha) in proceedings under section 30(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. September 11, 2025 A. V.
