The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 & 3 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.167 of 2024 of Rudravaram Police Station, NandyaI District. EET==r 2 2. A case has been,.registered against the petI'tiOnerS/accused Nos.2 & 3 and another for the offences punishable under sections 85,108 read with 3 (5) BNS. 3. Case of the prosecution is that, on 26.12.2024 at 18.30 hours, the de-facto complainant lodged a report stall-ng that Al to A3 harassed the deceased both physI'CaIIy and mentally. Accused No.1 was addicted to alcohol and used to harass the deceased. unable to bear the harassment in the hands of the accused persons, the deceased comml'tted suI'Cide by consuming pol'son. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that except making omnibus allegations against the petitioners herein, all the major allegations are directed against the accused No.1. The+accused No.2 is the brother of accused No.1, accused No.3 is the mother of accused No.1 and they are not residing along with A1. The petitioners herein are residing separately at Tippareddy palli Village, Nandyal DI-Strl-Ct. In so far as the accused No.1 is concerned, he was already released by the sessions court on 27.02.2025. 6. Since the allegations are directed only against the accused No.1, thl's court is inclined to grant anticipatory bal'I to the petitI-OnerS/accused Nos.2 & 3. `~- I ` 3 7. Accordingly, jn the event of their arrest, petitioners/accused Nos.2 & 3 shall be released on bal'l on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,OOO/-(Rupees ten-thousand only) each, with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting POliCe Officials and also on conditl-on that the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the Prosecution Wl-tneSSeS. The petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once I'n a Week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till fill-ng Of the Charge sheet. 8.
