As per the Office report dated 22.03.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut dated 21.02.2024, the sole surviving appellant, namely, Raju son of Sumer died on 16.08.2018 along with the statement of Vinod Kumar Goswami, Sub Inspector, Police Station Daurala, District Meerut. Statements of Rishi Pal real elder brother of Raju son of Sumer and the death certificate have also been annexed. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated.
