This is a petition filed under Section 2(b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India for seeking indulgence of this Court to call for the personal appearance of the management of respondent no.1 company to explain their blatant contempt of judgment dated 24.02.2025. Other prayers have also been made. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently respondent no.2 has been made a party although petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against respondent no.2 has been dismissed and has prayed that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after giving full and better particulars. 3.
