The appearing counsel for the parties would submit that the statement of the appellant-2 herein as also that of the respondent-4 has been recorded by the Registrar Judicial of this Court on 09.09.2025, made in furtherance of the memo of compromise entered into by and between the appellant-2 and the respondent-4 herein settling their inter se disputes. 2. At this stage, Mr. Mir Manzoor Ahmad, appearing counsel for the appellants would state at bar that the appellant-1 as well has acknowledged the compromise entered into by and between the appellant-2 and the respondent-4 herein and endorses the same. 3. Mr. Mir Manzoor, learned appearing counsel for the appellants would further submit at this stage that since the dispute inter se the appellant-2 and respondent-herein stands settled amicably, the official respondents impleaded in the suit as also in the appeal shall be deemed to have deleted from the array of parties. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, the instant appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Court of learned 4th Additional District Judge, Srinagar, wherein the suit titled as “Mst. Hajra and Anr. Vs. Municipal Corporation Srinagar & Ors.” is pending trial, to proceed therein on the basis of the memo of compromise entered into between the parties before this Court and dispose of the same accordingly in accordance with law. 5. The appellants herein as also respondent -4 herein as well shall be at liberty to seek disposal of any other suit/case inter se them in view of the aforesaid memo of compromise pending before any other court qua the subject matter in response of which the aforesaid compromise deed has been entered into. 6. A copy of this order as also the original memo of compromise along with the copies of the statement of the parties recorded by Registrar Judicial be sent-down to the court of 4th Additional District Judge, Srinagar forthwith for disposal of the case/s as aforesaid. 7.
