It is further submitted that the said writ petition was taken up for final consideration and came to be closed for being infructuous. Accordingly, she submits that the present contempt petition may not be required to be further considered. Ms. U. Das, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor, does not dispute the contentions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
