Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents. 2. The petitioner is the resident of House No.92/10-B, Pechbag, District Kanpur Nagar. According to petitioner, the aforesaid property is her ancestral house which is registered in the record of Nagar Nigam in the name of Late Abdul Hai-husband of the petitioner. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that after the death of her husband, she alongwith her sons and daughters being the legal heirs submitted application for mutation of their names in the record on 05.03.2025. The petitioner also filed online mutation application before the respondent-authority for mutation of her as well as her sons' and daughters' name in the revenue record, copy of which is annexed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition, but till date no action has been taken on the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all her grievances before the respondent no.2-Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anemash Kumar Kushwaha, Deepak Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
