It is the case of the petitioner that their property has been sealed on 01.03.2025, without issuing any notice and without following the process of law. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Society registered on 03.10.2024 for the purpose of development of women and children and for carrying out cultural activities. They also wanted to run a Madarsa, but due to paucity of funds, they could not do so. He submits that the premises may be unsealed, subject to the petitioner giving an undertaking that they will not run any Madarsa in the premises in question, unless they are duly authorized to do so. Learned State Counsel submits that if the petitioner gives an undertaking that they would not run any Madarsa without due recognition by the State Government under the Rules and Regulations, the premises in question will be unsealed. The Court takes on record the statement made by the learned counsel for the State. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to unseal the premises in question, subject to an undertaking being given by the petitioner that they will not run any Madarsa without due recognition by the State Government under the Rules and Regulations.
