(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.551 dated 12.07.2025 registered under Sections 21(b)/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar, Haryana. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 27.08.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. A status report dated 08.09.2025 by way of an affidavit of Sunil Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Women Safety, Hisar has been filed on behalf of the State by the learned counsel for the State. The same is taken on record. He on instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
