The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 276 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.238 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned J. M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur. On 13.10.2024 at about 10:00 P.M., son of the informant namely Nikesh Sharma and his friend were going to Krishna Nagar on scooty. On the way, they were intercepted by the accused persons including the petitioner. It is alleged that petitioner had assaulted the son of the informant and his friend by chaper, due to which they sustained grievous injuries. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
