Petitioner’s case is that she is serving as Staff Nurse at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla. On completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid station, she has preferred a representation on 06.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been decided by respondent No.2/competent authority till date. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today.
