GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 5575/2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not taking appropriate action on the representation of the petitioners dated 21.02.2025. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the inaction of the respondents is resulting in prejudice to the rights of the petitioners in protecting their lands. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioners, the police have called the parties who are at dispute over the subject land and counselled them adequately. The details of the disputed land were sent to the Thasildar, Jeelugumalli Mandal/4th respondent and it is submitted that appropriate action would be taken by the 5th respondent soon after the receipt of the report from the Thasildar/4th respondent 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that instructions to that effect have been received. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
