Vis-a-vis the petitioner's loan account no. 75067373842, a One Time Settlement was arrived at on 23.9.2024 whereby a sum of Rs. 1,74,025/- was required to be paid by the petitioner on 23.9.2024 itself and the remaining amount of Rs. 4,43,975/- was to be paid till 21.12.2024 and when that amount was not paid, a communication was sent by the Bank to the petitioner for depositing the entire amount on an early date. 3. Finding the financial condition of the petitioner not up to the mark, the petitioner approached this Court by means of this Writ Petition. Initially the Court requested the learned counsel for the Bank to take instructions and he has today informed that the Bank is ready to accept the entire amount which is payable by the petitioner by the 31th March, 2025. 4. However considering that the petitioner is not economically well and there had been set backs in his business, we provide that the petitioner shall pay the entire dues within a period of two months from today in two monthly equal instalments. 5.
