The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the First Information Report dated 1.8.2025 registered as Case Crime No.91 of 2025 under Sections 109, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. Police Station Erach, District Jhansi. It has been argued by the counsel for the petitioner that the injury as noted in the injury report do not disclose any offence under Section 109 B.N.S. Even if the contention of the counsel for the petitioner is accepted, the commission of other cognizable offence from the recitals of the F.I.R. is made out. The argument of the counsel for the petitioner may be a valid ground for grant of bail by the appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings but it is not a case to quash the F.I.R. The petition is not maintainable, therefore, no interim protection can be granted to the petitioner. The present writ petition is dismissed.
