Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to the trial Court. 2. PUD has been received from the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Saja, District- Bemetara with a request for extension of time to conclude 3 the trial as directed by this Court in MA No. 88/2010 vide order dated 04.03.2024 wherein it has been directed to decide the same within nine months from the date of appearance i.e. 28.03.2024. 3. In view of the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further four months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial. The time given shall start from today. 4. In view of the above, the instant MCC stands disposed of.
