A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent that against the aforesaid orders statutory alternative remedy is available with the petitioner to file an appeal under section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959. 3. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
