The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in not registering the crime against respondent No.4 on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2025.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, submits that the police have completed the preliminary investigation and to have ascertained that the nature of complaint is only civil in nature and the police are not interfering in the matter. The learned Assistant Government Pleader upon written instructions submits that there are civil cases are pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent vide OS.No.18 of 2023, OS.No.28 of 2023, OS.No.30 of 2023 and OS.No.34 of 2024 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Ponduru and they are pending for adjudication.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, nothing further is required to be adjudicated on the merits as the police have completed preliminary enquiry and found no grounds to register a case. The copy of the report may be furnished to the petitioner to take it up before the appropriate forum.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open to the petitioner to take steps before the competent Magistrate Court. No costs
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
